just disable meta tag pages and nofollow register link and login link.
yes, i have 3 blogs get deindex,yes i get index again.
of course i have traffic around 30-40 UV a day without any traffic plugin.i just use basic wordpress themes because i still look good template
LOL,i same with you before.just delete and try again.I leave the blogs of mine that get deindexed....they continue to function and still earn income from msn and yahoo

What pages do we need to make no follow
yes,every post... Today around 50-70UV from US
TAG PAGES,because some plugins make double tag that it will make our blog become duplicate content

Try using adsense ready one
Mine i got 2000impressions now for the fifth days and earn around 0.01$ to 1$
