My squeeze page doesn't convert! Help me

Hey everyone!
My plan is sending PPC traffic to a squeeze page that gives away a free ebook in exchange for email optin.

www.fatlossproducts.info/free-ebook is my squeeze page. It is custom made and I think it is good looking and should convert well.
I started advertising on genieknows and sent ~700 visitors to this site and got 0 conversions!

I thought they send fake traffic and went to admarketplace to advertise.
Now I got about 100 visitors from there and still 0 conversions.

I tested my web form and it is working.
The keywords I've chosen are in the fitness niche and I created one ad for every keyword with the keyword in it and saying that I am promoting a free ebook.

I don't really know how to go on now, please help me!

Yes, start the design all over. It won't ever convert.

Mate i think you should have some compelling content in it....
I mean tell your visitors how your freebie and you are going to help them.....
Tell what are they going to get in the future from you..........
Add Some Enticing Text Outline In Your Squeeze Page..
Think yourself as a visitor will you going to put your email and opt-in..........
In my case no i never will.
Don't think that they will blindly opt-in because you have a good looking squeeze page..

First, you need to list more benefits, what will they gain from downloading your e-book?, Let's see what you've written, 1. it's free, 2. it's easy and fun? Maybe something like "Free report reveals... How to lose weight and get the six pack you've always wanted" or something like that... benefits...
Second, that e-book cover is aweful. Make one that looks like a real book.
