My Spotify streams not counting

Does anyone know if it's true that only 20 streams (same song) from a spotify premium account count per day?

Also would connecting Spotify account to Stationhead and stream songs there be better than streaming on spotify web player?

Yeah i Android phone and it reflecting on my artist page but not my revenue statistics with my distributor
