Hi all, I have a spiritual website that I teach meditation, and give private consultations to people. It grew well over its one and a half year, having about 1k keywords and 3k traffic per month with barely any link building. Now unfortunately it started to dwindle.
I wanted to sell on Flippa due to financial concerns, but unfortunately I doubt my chances: the website heavily relies on my presence since people trust me. But here's the thing: pretty much all revenue is due to private consultations. Also, because this is a very limited niche, I doubt anyone can take upon themselves to carry it forward.
For the record, no I am not a guru. I teach real meditation and give real life advice and literally all my clients loved it. Sadly I don't have as many as I wish I did, hence I wanted to sell it.
I wanted to sell it for a relatively high price on Flippa (about 90k) but Flippa is asking for documents proving I have the revenue I claim. I do have the revenue but the documents are not easy to sort out since I haven't been very careful.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
