my solid method

ok heres what im going to do

make a wordpress get all the plugins install ect

rewrite articles and post 50 on the site changing the time of each post tho

get a good template install it

buy a info domain with the keyword im targeting in it

sell it for a BIN of $30 why 30 so i can buy more domains if my other sites don't sell
then i can sell them for around $100

would this work for a good plan in website flipping?

It would probably work..You could try to sell them on ebay for a lower price than everyone else and tell them in the ad they need to host the site themselves & get them to sign up under your hosting affiliate. You should look into PLR to WP plugin that you can schedule postings ahead of time and in the past, it's a pretty decent wp plugin.
 
well it's not realy good because your cost (cost may be even time, if you rewrite the articles) are bigger than your income.
You say you want to get 30$ for your blog
50 rewriten articles could cost you at least 0.5$/article( thats 25$/50)
the domain cost aprox 8$ (i know you want to buy cheap 2$ info domains , but the transfer will cost you more in some domain registers)
+ the time (priceles)

= 25+8+2=35

30-35= -5 in good case
 
the time doesnt bother me and i have some contacts who are willing to rewrite for me so its no problem the time really so it would work right?

i was just wondering if this plan would work before i spend money on domain

If you got a reply from 50 people that said yes and 50 that said no, what would you do? It will cost you a $1.19 to test your method...roll the dice!

Lol.. careful there pal, don't waste that $2.

Just go try it, put it on eBay for $35 and see if it sells. If not, then re-list at $30. If it's not selling, then your idea doesn't work. Do some research on eBay and see what others are selling. Look at what makes theirs better than yours and you will know why yours didn't sell.

If it sells for the $30-35 then look around and see if you can increase the price. It's not that hard man and it's only a few $.

The only way to find out if it works is to put into to action and then tweak it as you learn.

Few tips, people want to see traffic and revenue. Let your blogs 'n' sites age to sell them easier and for more!

you really pushed me to my edge not normally do i even try to make money...
