Dear All,

From Google's September 2019 Update my site's homepage ranking always going down when i redirecting my old domain to a new domain with 301/302. Someone, please help me. I'm so tired. Even my page ranking also down. :(

Regards
Rohan.

If the niche of the two domain names are not the same, it is recommended that you delete the 301 redirect and observe for a while

Why did you redirect after the Google update?
Did you receive any manual penalty?
Did you give your original site time to bounce back naturally?

This sounds like a knee jerk reaction, that went wrong.

Thanks for your all support.

I've not received any penalty from Google. Actually I'm working on a movie niche. Redirecting the old domain to the new domain is very important for the traffic. But after 3 days of the domain change my home page ranking always going down. This happening with me after Google September Update.

Do you have any solution? Kindly suggest to me :)

Rohan.

This happening with everyone in the movie niche after september update. Times of www1 www2 www3 are gone. If you are hit by algo penalty just let that site die and proceed with a new one!

redirecting it to other site was a big mistake, by doing this u just make your site loose some important link juice.

If you have done your redirect properly and if the domains are related, analyze your website like content relevancy, maybe you might be losing any links. Try to add some quality content and backlinks. This will help to improve your ranking.
