My site's been cloned. Does anyone know the solution?

Hello friends One of my websites was completely cloned by another site. Whatever I change on my site automatically changes on his site. I wonder how I can take precautions against this? Everything on the site is the same, the guy just blocked the google verifier codes. Does anyone have a suggestion for this?
