It simple&ugly. Try to get a free WordPress theme, put some images, add some nice paragraphs ( also, try to change to font&font color ). Also, get rid of that background color and make a new logo. That one it's seems to be from 1990. Try to make the layout wider ( on the mobile version it is good ).
 
Man......my eyes hurt and bleed with this concept. How come you came up with this look?
 
Gray text on pink background is not really legible. There's a good reason why it's white background - black text. Also, must make the font bigger.

It's that bad, imo. It really hurts to read unending text... And I honestly think your home page is extra long, and it doesn't make me read any more than a couple of lines, at the most.

Yes, I think it's not a page that would prompt me to spend more than few seconds on it, and it wouldn't entice me to return unless it is turn around completely.

Sorry, I had to mention what I felt. Make it more attractive, please.:) Make Google mention your site on its 1st page as well for great related keywords, not necessarily for the best, though that should be your next big goal. Then I'd really like to be a good critic once again...Lol
 
Reading from all the replies I think it's safe to say your page isn't the next million dollar page.

One thing I could mention is grab yourself a free free ess thm as mentioned. Maybe heista or something. Then find a page that you like and see how they done the layout.

One thing I like to do is draw it out on a sheet of paper the general idea and layout. Then I start putting it into action. What are your skills when it comes to WordPress, HTML, or CSS. Because I would say create a page that you will use for the front page and start typing your layout into. If you know how to make a few divs and add some CSS it goes a long way in designs. Else you can just use the WYSIWYG editor in WordPress.

Colors have got meanings. If you are promoting bodybuilding stuff for men, then using a pink color really isn't the right type for this... ;)

Slap this into Google - site:naturalbodybuildingschool.com - Loads of the indexed URLS are 404/dead pages


There is not a reason for Google to rank that site - Its like a Beta site

remove backlink to Wordpress

need to add more content, picture and improve website design, choose color that pleasant to look at.
 
It looks too simple, the banner and the background color aren't the best. Try to make it look more proffessional ;)
 
I suppose no one wants to help me out a little bit to spice it up and add some minor seo for example even if its just the very basic? Im guessing no but worth a try. Your 30 minutes of time for me is a motivation and maybe even some of my first visitors. Never been there. Anyhow thanks for reading
