My site where I entered content for 7 months is not ranked with google? Where am I doing wrong?

I chose low competition keywords for every article on my site. I researched this through ahrefs and semrush. All my articles are written on low-competition keywords.

Is there a place where I can find quality backlinks? Do you think I should get a backlink specific to the article? Or should I just get a backlink to the homepage?

Best XZY is never a low competition keyword. I suggest you to use common sense before crappy inaccurate tools like Ahrefs.
Basically you did everything wrong with your site:
  • No branding , EAT, nothing
  • No specific niche or plan
  • Your writer just rewrites existing articles, nothing new, no real value for the reader
You have a lot of work to do if you want to see this project succeed... And don't listen to people who tell you to buy links. Buying links for a crappy site with no plan is the same as throwing money to a garbage bin :).

Just checked the content and it looks alright.
But you are kind of late to the party with these kinds of sites google really doesn't like them
you could try splitting off the website in several niches, but all the content is reviews, which give 0 value to the user and google knows you are there just for the amazon commition
Yes, only amazon products evaluation site. There are at least 50 similar sites like me. Although none of them are niche, they receive organic traffic.

So if I do internal link and backlink studies, it seems to be improved. I will turn to this

The most logical answer I have received :) So how do similar sites like me receive traffic? Do you have any suggestions for me? What should I do for such a site?

the similar sites which you see ranking are old and they are an established authority in the "review this shit" area
google is actively pushing out this websites from the serps, for some kw's you will see that google ranks an actual review from amazon, rather than a random site
every kw with "best" is extremly competitive, and google doesn't trust your site to rank even for the smallest keywords

So I have to commit suicide :) There must be a way to do this.

Your strategy could work if you owned a very good high metrics domain with tons of good quality backlinks. But you got almost 0 backlinks so it doesn't work.
If you want to build a successful business without doing backlinks you have to split your articles in "niches" websites. And also try to add some quality backlinks that's all.

Do you suggest that I close this site and open new websites?

Do you suggest that I close this site and open new websites? The labor I spend will be wasted?

u have 600 artciles, you can split them off into several niches, just make sure that the reviews are related to the niches
the labor wont be wasted as you will take these articles and put on the new sites, juts keep in mind to add informational posts, more info posts than best post

It does look like you don't know much about SEO and ranking.

Your basic looks good to me with all the content and meta tags placed.
You should check your backlinks count and the quality. You should build more quality backlinks.
Best to hire a professional link builder who can build some juicy backlinks for your website.

Rest, check your google webmaster tool if there is any error you can see.

I am not a seo expert, but I know little about seo. As far as I know, I am trying to do seo :) I constantly follow Google search console. Do you have any other advice?

From what I can see there are two main problems:

1) Lack of focus, you have numerous topics and products in different categories, neither the visitors or Google know what your site is really about, sure it is about reviews, but it does not convey expertise or trust on any specific topic, you are basically creating a mammoth style site that covers "everything" and "nothing" at the same time, your competition would be websites like toptenreviews.com which are titans and have thousands of backlinks and tons of high quality content built into the site over many years. So maybe try to refocus a little and narrow down the topics to just a few.

2) Your content, while not bad, it is not in-depth, I see a lot of reviews which are nothing more than short descriptions, so you have like 20 links out to products with a very low ratio of content to go with them. I would write each review posts about a lower number of products, maybe top 10 or top 5 but really go deep into the review of each one so there is more content vs outbound affiliate links.

3) Your site has very weak metrics all around, you hardly have any backlinks built to the site, while content is king, even a king needs soldiers and your backlinks are it, you have to build up your link profile to really power up the content and start ranking and getting more traffic. Use only high quality backlinks though.

Your site is waaaay too generic, there is no personality and all the articles sound the same. When I'm reading it there's no emotion and the writing style is too salesy, like I'm browsing Target.

As others have said, it would be better to niche down the website, as it would be almost impossible to rank...and to be honest if you did rank I'm not sure how many conversions you'll get.

If this was my site and I wanted to make money from it, I would probably re-write/re-structure the lowest competition articles that are getting the most traffic and throw some links at the pages. Assuming the on-page is all good. Maybe change the theme to a less shop like theme.

Here some of my suggestion :

1. Optimize website structure - i run a simple check and found some page is more than 3 clicks away from homepage, try to fix it. Easy and simple way to do this by increasing the amount of article for every category page as i see you only shown 4 article for each category page. This will also remove unnecessary pagination.

2. Add more sub categories as your category is too general.

3. Content - In my opinion, some of your content use to much keyword (keyword stuffing) and looks unnatural, try to fix this. Another thing is you used too much bold text within content, there is no need to use 2-3 bolded phrase in every single paragraph. Also i found there is a lot of simple punctuation error, this will not directly affect search ranking, but it's better to fix it.

thank you very much for this valuable detail. Would it be right to go? or should I go through the new website? Or should I continue on this site?

an interesting detail. thank you so much

Do you have budget available?

If yes, categorize your content in narrower niches (power tools, kitchen, office etc). Then buy an expired domain with solid backlinks for each category (prepare to spend 1000+ per domain) and move your content to these. When you have 10 of these start adding informational content to each site and link to the reviews. If you do all these you should start having traffic in 3 months time. Then reinvest profits in linkbuilding.

Easy as that.

If you don't have available budget, I am afraid you can't do much for this website.

work on offpage, it has no any power
