My site was deindexed by Google

Hi guys i have question about my site that was deindexed by google last night..
well, this is a big loss for me and I know where I did keyword stuffing.. It was just about 5-10 pages and around 500 pages of content just went wasted.. so my question is, can I make a new site with same content on it? Also I have read it before that deindexed content can be used but it's still ranked on bing and yahoo search.. will that be a problem for google? I don't really care abt bing and yahoo traffic.. so I am really not sure how this will work.. please give me some suggestions..

Yes I had this problem with a website a few years ago that was penalized and I quickly found a new server, domain and uploaded the penalized site (after I fixed the onsite issues) and it took some time to get the traffic back to where it was.

The site was getting 300k hits per month and growing... Good luck and let us know how it goes.
