My site not flip in flippa

I have seen that many new website which has not start earning yet or just new site has build and upload to flippa and they sell their site uptp $1000.
my site also new its being a year, per month organic traffic has upto 500, total 1000+ traffic, now I got upto $20 per month from amazon affiliate and few from google adsanse also has invested upto $1000 for backlinks and articles.
but no one interested to buy my site, I don't understand why.
in ahrefs report my site growing faster and other site has no traffic yet. please let me know what is the reason.

Also keep in mind a new profile with no sell is bringing red flags. If you manage to do a good first sale, it will bring lots of trust to your Flippa profile.
I see so many crap websites on Flippa so it is very time consuming for buyers to find the few real gems. I bought twice to first time sellers on Flippa but I knew their website was perfectly legit after long checking and I got a pretty good price probably because of their virgin profile.
