My site just went off Google !

I had exactly the same message a while ago for my movie site. My site scrapes the IMDb database for the movie info so I guessed that it had been sent down the rankings because of duplicate content. I can still find it though if I search for my site url site:mymoviesite so it isnt deindexed completely it just doesnt show any search results. Its a 6 year old site but I also did a ton of scrapebox blasts to it a few years ago. I havent bothered try to rescue it yet.
