Hi

My site on Flippa is soon about to sell. 3 Hours left and reserve have been met at $x.xxx

However, the sniper rule extends the auction 4 hours right? so the auction can keep getting extended forever for aslong as there are bidders or what? Because then i need to sleep 3 hours at a time lol.

This is my first sale and im only accepting bids from trusted bidders. Any tips for me?

BTW, there are currently 30 people who got it on watchlist. Is that a good indication?

Correct and correct. That's what most people who sell on Flippa do :)
Two things to bear in mind, though:

1) When a bid is placed within the last 4 hours of an auction, the auction gets extended not by 4 hours but so that there would still be 4 hours left till the end (so if someone places a bid when there's 3 hours, 57 minutes left till the end, it only get extended by 3 minutes).

2) Even if you have pending bids, the auction still gets extended when a new bid is placed. I'm not saying it's a good practice to go to bed for 8 hours and not accept bids, but just wanted to tell you this so you'd know that it isn't the end of the world if you happen to sleep in :)
 
Ah alright i see :) Well its my first auction, so i think ill do the 3 hour sleep tonight hehe.

Im quite excited about this sale as im already satisfied with the reserve which it met, but it have the potential of going way higher :)

First time I bought a site off Flippa I thought I was on ebay.....to see the auction run for another four hours after I did a last minute snipe was a shock !

So what was the final bid amount at which you sold it off?
 
Hey again, been busy with the transfer hehe. The final amount were $5400. Which im very happy with.

Buyer have agreed with me to use Escrow, when his funds are confirmed i transfer domain, then he will release money, and i will give him the files.

So far so good :)

Is that adsensite or amazon or what type of site it is?

$5400 is good amount though. Good luck in making some more sites.

I live in Denmark, Avg in my country is $30/Hour or something, so a bit higher than normal.

But things are also expensive :) My appartment rent is $1000 without utilities, and thats just a standard one, nothing fancy :)
 
80m3. which i think is way to small :(
We also pay 50% in taxes hah... ohhh i love my country hehe
