Who is the hosting company ?

I had 9 sites go down yesterday evening, but all are back up now.

Is it the site here

http://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-get-google-rank1-or-2-in-1-day.869715/ ?

Different host to mine.

10 hours damn

I would have migrated the site to another host within 5 hours

What does the server status say in cpanel ?
What does their tech support say ?
I have no access to Cpanel, Support team told me he reboot the server but the server OS cannot boot. he attached IPMI/KVM access on the server but for some reason the link port go down

How? bcz updating DNS/ Name server can take up to 12 hours at least?

That'S why I split domain and webhosting. In such case you could set up an new hosting and forward the domain by an A Record to the new DNS.
Responding DNS is then the domain host that queries your webhost.

World wide can take 12 hours sure. Google bots would probably be quick though. At least for me, when I change/add DNS It's online for me In about 5 minutes or less.

10+ hours of full downtime vs people still being able to access the site, the rest when fully propagated.

Everyone is having this problem with blueangelhost I think...I received the same response from them.

No, google do not deindex a site because it is not available for a certain period of time. Even expired domains have their articles in indexed status for quite a few weeks. So, nothing to worry here.

I would transfer to a new more reliable host. 10+ hrs down is unacceptable.

No Google won't penalise you for such a short down time. They may temporarily do so, until you are back online. However they understand that things beyond our control do happen to perfectly good sites.

You might consider changing your host and get a better one, to avoid things like this. As for Google, I don`t think they downrank you for a downtime like this.
