My Site is Back - Should I Continue With It ?

I was hit by latest Panda (Not Penguin) and yesterday when I saw some traffic I was shocked lol.

Then I checked my rankings and saw my site is back on serps (page 2) etc.

Maybe it was a 1 month panelty. Should I continue with this website (which was penalized) ? or is it better to create a new one ?

There was a panda refresh on monday, what did you do to your site over the last month? obviously whatever you did removed the panda hit.

Depends how valuable the site/domain was and how much work you'd put in i guess.

If you want to continue with that site then you can do so but for that you have to be very careful cause google's eye is on site, they will be watching your site.

Yeah I got back on Monday. Not sure if there was a Panda refresh.

Domain is valuable to me and ranking on a competitive term.

Thanks for the suggestions.
