Hey guys,
I have been calling around, I figure I would just ask on the forum since thanks to you guys I have gotten to the point I am.

I am currently using bluehost, but over the past month and a half i went from around 500 visitors a day to over 13k, I am floating around 900 gig's of bandwith a month.

Now I would like to stay somewhere that has cpannel as that seems to work well for me.

Suggestions? I called godaddy, they were offering me 1500 gig's a month bandwith for about 60 a month if i pay the year upfront. But the downside is that they don't offer free transfering of stuff and would have to quote me to do that could be anywhere from 75 to 200 they said. (I have a few websites on my cpannel over at blue host).

I talked to some one online at host gator and they suggested me their level 4 vps, and said that they would do the transfer or help me with it?

Any other suggestions for a server idiot like myself? Experiences? etc?

Thanks in advance guys!

Think a lot depends on if you intend to increase traffic like that ?
Personally i like gator but if you keep growing you will need a dedicated for sure. gator's dedicated ones are good but low bandwith.

So i'd say go with gator's vps if you dont intend to grow too much. If you intend to grow then consider getting a dedicated with a lot of bandwith

I moved from godaddy to a dedicated server by d9 , got 8gb ram, quadcore processor and what not for just 200 bux and the customer support is top notch... i highly recommend their service... recently i got fedup with godaddy and you can search for my previous threads you'll realise what a big mess i came out from :p

questions: what is your preferred location and how much is your budget?
maybe i can suggest you a few vps provider.

Two I have been looking at lately are:

webairDOTcom and volumedriveDOTcom the second does not offer managed servers, but that can be outsourced reasonably

Well I don't know how much more traffic I can get, I mean i guess theoretically if i get positioned in other countries I could as much as double my vistors but I think it caps out around 20 to 25k a month for this keyword.

As for my other sites I do plan on making them grow but it's not a over night thing so I guess a vps would be good and then keep throtteling?

I just checked your stuff on them, ok it's seeming like go daddy might not be a good idea, let me check out d9 hosting and from there ill compare it to gator

Preffered location? What do you mean, I mean I am currently in the US, although most my traffic comes from latin countries. And my budget I guess depends on what I am getting, I don't want to be paying too much for stuff if I am not using it all, I am not that good with servers and stuff, litterly just in the process of learning php and mysql, so...
