My site got jacked

Hey guys. Someone ripped my site and completely copied it. They launched it and strangely enough are running huge amounts of traffic to it through media buys segwayed by farticles.

For someone with that much talent, they are pretty lame because I can see all their visitors in real time because they left my live visitor chat and tracking software installed in the rip.

It pisses my off because I spent months dialing it in and they are now using it. Hosted and domain registered in Romaina. (Crap) but did a fake order with them and it is owned by Herbal Life in the US.

Ideas of what to do? Experiences?

learn from it. figure out how they're running traffic and making more money than you are.

Copyright your website and send their host a dmca letter . You can copyright your website for cheap. just fill out the forms and send a print out of your site to the copyright office.

The bad fact is that using a lawyer is not such a good idea here...this country justice is equal with 0. You would have more chances if you would hire a bounty hunter instead of a lawyer.

use dmca.com services, they can remove copied version within 24 hrs, of course if you have proof that it has been copied

YEA man that has happened to me recently. Not an entire site rip, but my convertion strategy was ripped, they stole my code and images and text and everything. It sucks and I'm still trying to think of what can be done about it.

But then I also realized how much i've copied from others to add to my sites... So I guess its all part of the game, if you don't wanna be copied you gotta figure out a way to make it hard to be copied. I dunno even where to begin with that, I rather spend my sweet time driving more traffic and trying not to sweat all the shit that happens.
