My site got hacked

I had no ideas why my hosting got hacked and hacker spammed it with hundred Japanese links when i search
site:domain.com in google.com.

Ranking massive drop and i received manual action in webmaster tool.Please help me fix this.

I restored my site, but hacker submitted spam sitemap to google webmaster tool.My site got thousand 404 error and ranking drop as hell now.Someone give me advice, please.

My case now looks like a guy that receive negative SEO

Fix your website structure 1st then Google will update all to the original case, if you really fixed it

Are you using WP?
Don't use usernames like Admin or Administrator, be sure to use passwords like this k23#@SD1332qjhDj3 etc...

If your using WordPress install "WordFence" plugin. It's 100% free and top notch security.
Go to your webmaster tools and fetch and render.

First restore a backup from your site when it wasn't hacked, then you will have to find where was the vulnerability, ask your hosting provider for help.
If you have wordpress, generally the problem is with nulled themes or outdated plugins. Like other have said, you can install wordfence to secure your wp because if you live it like that it is likely going happen again.

what hosting provider did you use? after you fix the errors on webmaster tool, try to move your site to a more reputable hosting sites like hostwinds.

No, you don't have to redirect those 404 errors. I've fixed many hacked sites over the years, and not once have I 301 redirected the hacked/fake page URLs.

I've even removed hundreds of legitimate articles from one of my sites in the past without 301 redirecting them. Although in that case, the site saw some ranking issues until the pages were deindexed. After they were deindexed, the site's rankings came back better than before.

On the hacked sites I've cleaned up, many of them had been hacked for years before I was hired by the businesses owners to fix the problems. In those cases, I had to rank them from scratch.

In some of the more recent cases (like one site I cleaned up last week), the rankings dropped a few positions for every keyword, although they recover for the most part about a day or two after the hacked site warning is removed.
