It is hacked site.I lift that,but now dozen thousand Fake Japan link still index in google and i received so much 404 error

Fix your website structure 1st then Google will update all to the original case, if you really fixed it

I have used both at the same time actually, remember to whitelist your own ip just incase you get locked out by accident. lol

First restore a backup from your site when it wasn't hacked, then you will have to find where was the vulnerability, ask your hosting provider for help.
If you have wordpress, generally the problem is with nulled themes or outdated plugins. Like other have said, you can install wordfence to secure your wp because if you live it like that it is likely going happen again.

No, you don't have to redirect those 404 errors. I've fixed many hacked sites over the years, and not once have I 301 redirected the hacked/fake page URLs.
I've even removed hundreds of legitimate articles from one of my sites in the past without 301 redirecting them. Although in that case, the site saw some ranking issues until the pages were deindexed. After they were deindexed, the site's rankings came back better than before.

On the hacked sites I've cleaned up, many of them had been hacked for years before I was hired by the businesses owners to fix the problems. In some of the more recent cases (like one site I cleaned up last week), the rankings dropped a few positions for every keyword, although they recover for the most part about a day or two after the hacked site warning is removed.

As for how long it'll take to get your rankings back, I can't answer that. In that experiment I ran where I removed hundreds of poorly-ranking pages from my site, it took Google about 3 weeks to deindex the pages, and on the same day they were deindexed, my rankings sprung back.
