My site Description disapperas from google search

Hello,
I have been really struggling with my site description for last 6 years.Almost every alternate day the site description disappears from google and a wrong title is displayed.I have to again resubmit it in google webmaster to get it rectified.I have been searching for a permanent solution for this but so far all my efforts are in vain.
Please help me out.

May be site have any unnecessary plugin, so check your site completely and remove unused plugins. Also audit your site using efficient SEO aduit people.

Yes check what SEO plugins you are using, the plugins might be having issues with each other. Also make sure you are updated with your SEO plugins, and it takes time for google to reindex your site so be patent and wait until it does so you can check the changes

I have been using SEO by yoast for last 1 year,least week we changed it to All in one SEO but still the problem exist.
Every morning we resubmit our site in google webmaster,fetch as google to get back the descriptions.

if you still getting a problem then you should contact a seo guy for permanent solution.

can You Send Me Your Website URL , So i can Check The source code and See that You are using Single SEO plugin not the multiple
