My site banned in Google search

My site's URL (web address) is: entertainmentenews.com
Description (including timeline of any changes made):
two days ago I got the penalty from Google under Quality Violation To get cameback in index I do everything as said to me in discussion "http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters/thread?tid=00a5959ae48b0bdb&hl=en "
I removed the following errors:

Blank advertise here blocks
Link to a sample page
recet comments spelled wrong
about us link goes to another domain
Wordpress plugins
edit .htaccess file

but still in http://web-sniffer.net/ I got following

Now My question is that How can I removed the 301 Moved Permanently and got Status 200 OK
but in google webmaster tool, when I fetch site through Googlebot I got success
