Here is a technique I learned from seeing what another BHer was doing purely by chance.
Better thank forum profiles, here's why:
If you want an example, do a google search on:
Just look at all the profiles that come up on DIFFERENT domains with multiple backlinks. Also, these pages have content, so maybe Google like them more than typical empty forum profiles with backlinks.
Although to be fair, this is not really too much black hat. It is actually more white hat than formum profile spamming, I don't really see any ethical problem with this if you do it right.
It's like forum profiles but WAY better. It's also quicker.
I was thinking of selling this information but screw it, share the wealth right?
Just thank me if you like it.
I was pretty sure it had been talked about earlier but my searches don't reveal it.
Webs.com is a company that lets people run a mini-community that is integrated with their own site. Some use webs.com domain and some use their own domain.
First thing is to find an existing page, just google this:
Ignore the sites that are on webs.com domain. Look for the ones on their own domain.
Click one of these links e.g.
Now we are going to register for the first time so click "Register".
For email address, use gmail with operator
e.g.
This will become clear later.
Put some details in that look realistic for DOB, location, gender etc. The more realistic this looks the higher chance of survival of your links.
Click the button then check your email for confirmation and click that too.
Now you will be asked to fill in your profile. You must do this properly now. Although you can edit it later, you cannot make sitewide changes, this will become clear soon.
Upload a photo: it looks more realistic. Just use something from Google Images.
In "About Me" section, this is where we can put our backlinks
First, write about 100 words. Make it as realistic as possible. You are a dad with a picket fence house and 3 amazing kids and a wife who will do anything for you etc. etc. You like to go fly fishing, you like beer and Nascar bla bla.
Also say you have a couple of hobby websites or local business websites or whatever, here you can put your anchor text and hyperlinks!
I usually put up to four.
Don't go crazy, reason being that some of these groups, especially those with few members, they have an adminstrator who can ban your profile from their site if it looks spammy.
Finally click submit.
Next page is not important, click "No thanks skip"
That's it, you are done.
Usually, you get redirected to your profile page. Sometimes not. You may have to search for it. It should be this format:
OK now I know you're thinking this was a lot of effort so far (not THAT much!). Don't worry, we are going to MULTIPLY NOW!
MULTIPLY!!!
Go back to your google page.
Find another site (not webs.com domain).
Click "Sign in"
Type your email and password.
Click "Yes join this site"
Here it asks to enter/update your profile. Remember I said to get it right first time? Although you can edit it later, you can only edit individually and not sidewise changes. That's why I said to get it right the first time! Anyway, for now, click "No thanks, skip".
Again, click "No thanks, skip".
Finished! You will be redirected to your profile or you may have to find it again via search or hyperlink.
It will be almost the same as your last profile but with the domain name swapped out. Everything after the domain remains the same. So format is again:
Where <some digits here> remains the same.
So now you have 2 profiles with backlinks from different domains.
Now go back to your Google and find another site to join. Rinse and repeat.
What is the limit? I don't know. But your profile shows all your groups. I recommend joining no more than ten.
Then, make a new profile again. You can copy and paste your last one but it needs to be a unique login i.e. unique password. Personally I just use my gmail increment again
e.g.
etc.
Big tip: don't go for groups with few members (you can narrow your G search down if you put additional text to limit to large groups) because some group owners look through new registered users and take their profile down (your account is still good and other pages are still good) if they don't like the look of it.
Well, I hope you like this method. PLEASE thank me if you do, I would like that very much arty:arty: and also pls comment here, I wanna hear your thoughts and questions
Better thank forum profiles, here's why:
- more site content on your page with backlinnks
- no limit on backlinks (tho there is realistic limit)
- higher chance of staying active
If you want an example, do a google search on:
Code:
"I'm also a soon to be a parent, together with my gf Alicia, and have been"
