my seo tool stratergy

1. here are my very direct questions. -i am starting here.
2. i am in india--- i want to use scrapebox,magicsubmitter,nohandsseo,gsa--you name i want to use it.
3. i have contacted some seo companies in india---that the process and actually what do these software do technicallyanywhy(spider scrape- are they authorized considering how the law works in india. .
4. that these type software have no restriction--other jokers trying to tell me that these softwares dont do it --iwill charge you some heavy money as your private seo. blahblah.
5. WHATS THE TRUTH MY DEAR FOLLOW MEN. ---- and perhaps some illumination----LIVE FRON INDIA.
6. considering all this what would be a good setup in india----i have a non vps server in the usa will the darn software actually work considering we are using as an internet connect 3g plugin--reliance out in gods country in the village.

Lol if you're that concerned about legal issues just do manual link building at first. Although i know a lot of indians using gsa and scrapebox, haven't heard of them being jailed or anything similar.
