Try to use high quality unique content for tier 1. From my experience 10-20 web 2.0 properties,manually created, with 100% unique content,related pictures etc are more powerful than hundreds of web 2.0 with crap content. But this varies from niche to niche depending on competition level.

I would like to start to apply this method to my websites. With your agreement I would like to do it like a case study, to reveal the domain, keywords etc.
I can start with 1 new domain or with a penalized domain by Penguin.

Here are a list of Web 2.0 that you can use. 
If you go through this list you will have way more than you need. I hope there are some here that you can use that you currently don't. This post has done so much for me over time I wanted to give something back to it.
Building off of this list, you can really get some good jumps especially if you follow this strategy after you build through this list.
I realize there are duplicates in there, this was originally made for a list to go down and utilize one by one and I know that the amount of content was created that needed to be there - totally unique - in some of our pyramid and link wheel building campaigns. Add to and share. There may be something else out better - if so please pm me that link.

Do you guys still make RSS feeds of backlinks? I have heard mixed reviews of this method... Some people say its not safe due to footprints etc....Some people also say Link2rss.com is dead...

I also wanted to share one other piece of gold I have...
I use Power point to make some of my YouTube Videos. Go to Presentermedia dot com and you can find a ton of cool great templates to use...
Then make the slide show and change up your fonts to look cool. Then rehearse the timings you want. Then go to settings on powerpoint and you can select make video - to share on the web.
It will download the video into your file you selected. If you really want to spice it up -
Create an email addy and register for free account on my strupefix video and they give you a free hd video and you can overlay music to the video for free.
You can make a really simple sweet youtube video using this strategy and the strategy from this http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...lueprint-senuke-amr-bmd-xrumer-scrapebox.html .

I will await Cash and his answer but yes, I still employ them but only as Tier 3-4 type links... I use more Wiki and others though
