I've been trying this for a few sites.... It seems like it's a real good base for a brand new site....

As far as my older sites... it didn't seem to do much (yet... I just blasted the hell out of my buffer sites... so we'll see)

Granted I've only really tried it on like 2 sites... 1 old and 1 brand new....

It seems to work best on my brand new sites... for me at least!

I could see this method working to get your new site into the top 20 or so... then throwing some high page contextual backlinks at your site... then number 1!

Either way awesome method

I thought I answered it already. I use the same set of accounts per niche.
Creating new set of accounts per blast is too SENukish

They do it more often than not. I managed to put quite a few articles with
links and they got accepted. They might have changed the rules. I haven't
used them much recently.

Don't you think that using same author accounts for the same site will devalue your links? I've heard about this somewhere before in AMR discussions. Although it was meant to be AMR authors, I'm sure that theory applies to other web 2.0 properties as well.
It would also look weird with all the posts in these web 2.0 sites having a link to the same site.

And I never do linkwheels anymore. Massive footprint risk and they pretty much tie the whole thing up together - something I don't like. What do you think of them?

I don't do linkwheels. Never believed in the much.

With Web 2.0 it is one or two accounts per niche not per site you promote.
Promote a few.

Has anybody got his site deindexed after using this technique?

The reason why I'm asking - today 'site:' operator stopped returning any results and traffic stopped. The only links built directly to the site - manual web2.0 / doc sharing sites / videos as in this blueprint plus some high PR blog comments and few manual articles. No direct Scrapebox or Xrumer blasts. No other reason I can think of...

I am quite lost in this situation...

You most probably did something wrong with on page SEO. Scraped content? Copyrighted domain name? etc

I've never heard about anyone got de-indexed by creating Web 2.0. As suggested,
check you on-page. All Web 2.0 submission could do is to draw Google's attention
to you website. What's on there? Autoblog? MFA? Warez?

Scraped content? No. Handwritten content + few tweaked PLR articles
Copyrighted domain name? No. Generic domain, like 'electricgadgetcenter'
Autoblog? No.
MFA? No Adsense.
Warez? No.

The site is a niche Amazon review site. There are 47 posts at the moment. 10 posts are monthly bestseller reviews written by me. 25 posts are hand written product reviews, 300 to 1500 words long. The rest are PLR articles about solving issues related to the niche. I added PLRs (with tweaked titles and added pictiures and videos) when I launched the site 2 years ago to add some 'meat to the bones'. I was considering removing them later.

Here is how I was applying your blueprint. I chose 5 product reviews on my site. Then I created 15 Web 2.0 blogs with 5 posts each, and each post was linking to the relevant article on the money site. Also created videos (I also used Tubemogul to distribute videos) and accounts on doc sharing sites - 5 videos / 5 pdfs / 5 ppts per site. Then I started using AMR on the first set of posts.

About two months ago Google deleted Blogger blog I used in the blueprint. I guess I went over the top with Scrapebox on this blog. Couple of days later the money site took 500 positions drop over all keywords. I cant say if these events are related as I also had 100 crawl errors on the site at this point. 3 weeks later all keywords returned to first page. I rebuilt Blogger blog on other account later.

There are no messages in Google Webmaster tools about this issue. I did a sitemap resubmission yesterday after discovering the problem, and I see 53 'URLs in web index' status - 47 posts + 6 pages (Contact / Privacy Policy / Compensation Disclosure etc). I dont see any problem in any Webmaster tools report.


Here are my ideas about why it happened:
* I made a mistake creating web2.0s with 5 posts each, linking to the money site. It should be done slower - one post a time?
* Google somehow took a note of the money site after deleting this first blogger blog, and I got a manual review scheduled.
* It is related to PLR articles published on the site. I am using WPUnique plugin to make them appear more unique.
* Thin affiliate site penalty?
* I have a plugin (Backlink Booster by Shon Donahue) installed on this domain I used for indexing backlinks. This plugin outputs custom RSS feed with spun content with added backlinks for indexing. Author was claiming that this plugin works independently from the site and can not influence the site performance. Anyway I have not used it for a year or more.
* Some shady stuff done by competitors (links built links I dont see yet etc)
* Some hacking done that does not appear in Webmaster tools and 'View Source code'

What should be done next? I guess I have to submit reconsideration request, right? Should I clean up the issues (PLRs and Backlink Booster) before submitting it or should I wait for reply from Google?

My question is: where does this strategy evolve to? Meaning, if Web 2.0 sites fall out of favor with the major search engines in the future, what kind of sites might become good first tier websites in the future?

It seems to me (Ive only been in the IM world for the last 1.5yrs), that a few years back it was all about Article submission sites and now its Web 2.0 sites...whats next?

(Of course this is hard to forecast, but do you or anybody else have any thoughts?)

I would kill all PLR and spun content and removed shady boosters before
asking for reconsideration. If you go this route site should be clean.

It looks like a manual thin affiliate site review after your Blogger got
deleted. Someone might have reported it because I never had Blogger
blog deleted, ever. This is the shittiest platform that accepts all kind
of spam without problem. There are even porn site there stay live for
years.

1. Private high PR blog/wiki network (to replace all Web 2.0)
2. Social/RSS mashups to support it

Q1: should both have links to keyword or the URL?

Q2: since we use 2 links, we should be pointing both to 1 random page AND 1 to root of money site? Why don't we point to the Moneysite URL AND to Moneysite Root? Isn't it more effective to rank for this keyword/URL campaign?

Q3: Rotating URLs using spinner text meaning the random page URL/ keyword right?

I think you might have left something out at the portion "with SENuke" cos I don't know what to do with it. LOL

Other questions:

Some Web 2.0s are blog types (e.g. W0rd-press, Bl0g-ger, Live-j0urnal etc). Do do we create the Web 2.0s based on the niches? For example fishing niche money site, create fishing related subdomains on these blog type Web 2.0s.

In your method, it's my assumption that you will be creating many manual Web 2.0s. Assuming 1 fishing niche, 5 keywords, 10 manual Web 2.0s per keyword. I will have potentially 50 Web 2.0s, statistically 5 w0rd-press, 5 bl0g-ger blogs etc, each with ONLY 1 post inside. Is it correct?

I read it might not be good in terms of ranking and also, the Admins might just delete these blogs. Some have advised to build 5 to 10 blog type Web 2.0s (all related to your money site niche), give each site at least 7 to 8 posts, randomly select 1 post to point to your money site (for w0rd-press and bl0g-ger blogs, put your link in blogroll) and promote the hell out of them. This way, the blogs look natural and no footprint for Google to detect. What are your thoughts on this?

I have decided to wait with reconsideration request, probably till the end of month. I have been advised that the site might not be deindexed. Why? I have this site is on Google Webmaster Tools, and 1) there are no messages from G regarding this site's status, and 2) in Webmaster Tools sitemap status is green, the number of reported 'URLs in web index' matches the number of site posts+pages.

here`s my updade after 3 weeks from implementing your blueprint on my brand new domain. I am on 18th position as of now for a fairly competitive keyword phrase with 110k exacts/month. Using SeoQuake I can see that 44 links were already indexed. Huray I guess... Let`s hope it`s just the beginning
