My Secret Proximity Hack For Local SEO

1. Yes, location pages will be on your company website
2. Q&A section is basically in the knowledge panel of the transit pin (bus stop, train station etc) in Google maps -- anyone can add a question or answer from their personal gmail account
That's really great. Thanks.

@Rankrebels This seems interesting, however, I'm a bit confused as to how I can implement the location page to include nearby bus stops/metro terminals/subway stations on my location page (assuming simple brick and mortar store).

So, let's assume I have a google map embedded on my contact us/location page.

Are you trying to say we do something similar to this page?
Code:
https://yorkdale.com/hours-directions/?tab=tab-2

Will definaltey test this. We do something similar with points of interest that have their own knowledge panels. Anything that will bind existing google knowledge panels to your business and neghboorhoods that are you are trying to rank in is a good thing to test

Love this idea, it makes total sense since Google treats those stops as entities.

Value-Added thread here.
But I'm as well confused for implementation.

The results speak for themselves, positions 2-4 is impressive for an 8-mile distance.

This feels like one of those hacks only SEOs obsessed with details would discover-love it.
