my scrapebox not working. HELP!!!

Can anyone help me please?

My legal V2 scrapebox is not working right.
I have contacted scrapebox support 3 or 4 times by email now over last 3 weeks. not much joy!!

1) Scrapebox Will not activate my license when I have Norton VPN working, BUT scrapebox activated and worked ok before with my VPN for many years.
2) I had this scrapebox license working in my VPS for several months, now transfer to my laptop and only works no vpn. not acceptable.
3) server check show Server 1 all RED not working. Server 2 is all green seems no problem. I keep getting server error no access.
4) BOTH Addons and Premium (I have bought the 7 pack) will not load even when scrapebox license activated and working.
5) keep getting time-out errors 10060
6) have removed then re-installed on my laptop but still not work or activating properly

Please I need to get my copy properly working lots to do
Why not working? Is anyone else have issues?

msg support? they answer fast I had to get my license transferred and they did within 1 hour. Also, this user @loopline Is a guru with scrapebox. But he's not support, but if he's around he might be able to help. He's helped tons of people

i think somewhare in the first 2 lines of my comment is saidi have contacted support 3 or 4 times in last 3 weeks.

maybe i read my own entry incorrectly.

Be sure your laptop has high speed of internet connection.
I had exactly same issue. Noticed I was using limited speed connection, changed to faster one and it activated.
But I bring it back to server anyway

Its either

1 - your version of scrapebox is far too old, so try downloading the latest version

or

2 - your VPN is blocking scrapeboxes access to the internet. I mean worst case you could try to fire scrapebox up with the VPN off and then turn on the VPN, but if it works fine with VPN off then the issue isn't scrapebox at all, its your VPN.
 
Hello everyone I am facing a huge issue with SB for Mac: "-1 Could Not load SSL library" error so I can't harvest anything. Have you faced anything like this?

You have a crap ton of posts about this lol. My alerts blew up with your name all over it, hehe.

Ill reply one of your more then a dozen other posts, but I did mail scrapebox support about your issue.

Do you do consultations for maximize strategies for Scrapebox??

Looking for 1 or 2 hours to pick your brain.

I already have great KW. And listen most of your videos, just need tie all together.

Like step 1, Step 2, etc.

Not really, I don't have the time. I was pretty expensive whenever I did do them.
