My Scrapebox License is Gone???

Hi Friends,,

Don't know anyone of you had this type problem ever before, but My Scrapebox is unable to verify my license..

It got Verified Earlier This month After 2 days from the time I purchased it. Did not use that often as I am still learning how to use SB with its best effects.

But earlier today when I tried to run it, it said "No Valid License Found" :(

Why is that happening???

I checked my PayPal and it had no issue with Payment.

I have sent them a mail and waiting for a reply.

Just wanted to know from you fellow members that did you guys have any such experience with SB before???

I have two licenses and both still OK today so I don't think it's an issue with the licensing server.
 
You can try to use scrapeboxupdate.exe or something like this and after try to lunch the aplication.
If not ok you can always resend the activation request using the your name, email, and pay pal ID. This probably will stop you to use the free license transfer this month, but since you have one free license transfer every month I think it will be no problem.

But first: did you try to close the program and reopen (I was happend to me and I do this 3 times and the 3rd time it was activated)

I closed and reopened more than 3 times but its very much same. still waiting for a reply from SB support team..
 
Try contacting scrapeboxes owners to see what they have to say. Also make sure that you don't have a firewall blocking the scrapebox connections. I had the same problem for a while, then I turned off my firewall and it works like a charm now!

If you tried turning off the firewall and it still dosn't work you might have a virus blocking your connection, if this is the case try to find and stop the virus with an antivirus software.

If that dosn't work then try installing and activating scrapebox on a different computer.

If that dosn't work then your screwed. :)

Are you using a VPS? Maybe some one else uses your license on pure luck?
 
Scrapebox servers are busy sometimes and license can't be verified. Give it some time and try again
 
Close your scrapebox and start it again in few mins, it should work fine :)

Exact thing happend with me few months back.
 
Just bought another Scrapebox around 15mins ago. and My License got validited within 2mins. :D

Yes, I just thought, this is the Office hr going on in Australia and the best time to buy SB. And My thinking worked great.. So, Did not need to wait like the last time and Accidentally I Lost the license last time.

Hope I will not repeat the mistake again.

The server could be located in the USA, not necessarily in AU.

The main thing is they activate the license manually. Its not an automatic process of getting your license activated.

i will buy it soon as well.

since i have just 1 windows system .. my company computer i will install it there. but i will get a new company notebook soon.
is this a problem with the license to install it on new computer? or you have to purchase again?

You can transfer your license after 1 month period.But if you want to run SB in both pc,you have to buy 2 license.
 
I have had the same thing happen to my account also. I tried to move scrapebox to another pc and it will not activate. I have sent numerous emails and still not working. Not sure what is going on. Anyone know anything about it?

thats a funny story. :D

I had some problem in my windows and it took auto updates installed into the system.

Then When I wanted to run SB, it failed to validate my license. Then, I mailed them several times but they did not reply to me and 2days later they sent me a Refund..

And that is how I managed to lost it.

Same here... I open up SB and it states "no license found" at the bottom right.

Never had that issue before.

Just sent off info with paypal trans # to activate - see how long it takes.

This happens when the Sbox server is down for one reason or another. Generally if you wait an hour or two, their server goes back online and it'll be able to find your license.
 
SB working fine on my end. You have to arrange with SB the transfer of a license from one PC to another and they usually respond within a day with the transfer request.
