    Here's my new revised plan:

    1. Instead of starting a bunch of sites, I'm just going to keep working harder in promoting my main blog, which focuses on the investment niche. It has been online for four years now but is finally starting to get some serious traction in the SERPS and is beginning to be taken seriously by high rollers in the niche. I love writing on this topic and it just comes naturally so I don't have to outsource any writing.
    2. I also have a career/hobby that I am seen as an expert on throughout the world and am actively published in journals and magazines. I have decided that I will take advantage of the ebook market and write on that topic. I already have two 20,000 word rough drafts. The niche is wide open and I can use my connections and "name brand" to promote sales. I also have access to 2,000+ highly concentrated in an email list.

The Goal: Pay off Student Loans = at least $500 per month

    Implementation:
Right now I'm writing down how much time each day I will spend on each task with a game plan in mind. I'm sick of searching for tips and tricks, trying to game the system, and short term hacks. I'm going to minimize the amount of time I put in so that I can spend time with my family and my hobbies I love.

Outlook: I'm going to be realistic. Based on conservative estimates, once the blog is more polished and publicized it should make at least $200-300 each month. The ebooks should also bring in at least $200 per month.

Come on Guys! Give me some Motivation and Positive Vibes! I'm Going to Nail this!

gOOD LUCK. sounds like your authority investment site will make more than that, and you should branch out inside this niche and build up more sites if your good at this topic.

Thanks! It's a crowded market for sure and I really didn't investigate that when I started the blog in 2011. Nevertheless, most of the ground work is behind me. Now it really is all about promoting.

By, branch out do you mean, a particular niche within investing, getting more specific?
