Anyway, the site needs work. Its so empty.

You need to fill out the sidebar and add a menu or something to the top.

The article also needs some lighting up, it just doesn't look nice to read.

I think you should have atleast 10-15 posts to see some visits after promotion. The site is not prepared to be monetized yet maybe. Doesnt look trustworthy.

Edit the article to get a better look and feel too.

That needs a massive amount of work. That looks like you put that together in 10 minutes and with diabetes being such a serious subject you wont get any sufferer to take you seriously. You aren't addressing any problems people have with diabetes, you are simply making a few statements with the hope they might buy that product. I suggest you look at the top 20 sites about type 2 diabetes and then look at your offer. You need lots more posts with all different types of problems connected to type 2 diabetes, maybe case studies etc etc. You haven't provided a review site at all - it's just a few statements you have re-worded from the internet. Maybe you need to do a proper review site of the top 3 or 4 products for diabetes. At the moment you are offering the sufferer nothing of value.
