My reels keep getting low views?

Many factors play into this, have you tried to post during different hours to find the sweetspot? what about your hashtags, how many do you use? And what kind of contet is it?
 
It is necessary to keep pouring videos and make mutual writing with other bloggers to increase the new audience
 
It's quite possible that you're shadowbanned and if not you should use a US IP to upload contents. There are couple of things like negative keywords/hashtags, thumbnail impairment, and overall engagement. Run some ads and do some collabs to supercharge your accounts

Could you tell us the niche, number of followers and how many reels you post in total per day?
 
try adding a unique twist to stand out and be consistent with your posting, you will get there
 
I also have the same problem and in fact its far worsè than you .I try almost all tricks but nothing works

what are you doing to promote your account besides only posting.....

And on top of that, Instagram doesn't want repeated videos, if there are 100x people posting the same video, it might push only 2 or 3 of them because the rest add no extra value to them or the viewer

Don't worry about the competition, only look at your own results. What they do is only a guideline, not a solution. If what you're doing works, keep doing it. If what you're doing isn't working, stop doing it.
 
Try using hashtags and always tag your location where you shoot the video. This way it will help you widen your audiences.

Use Instagram Ads to target specific demographics and interests to boost your Reel

What is the content you are sharing? Is it truly more engaging than your competitor's? Try using AI to analyze your competitor's successful posts and create new content.

The algorithm always try to show what user might like depending on watch history, timing of scrolling and staying on content. If your reel is similar to some other videos that the user has watched completely or repeatedly then it will come up in recommendations. Some excellent advice and ideas for improving your reel views. Also consider;
  • Using the right hashtag - find current, popular ones and add them
  • It might be that you have too many ghost followers - inactive accounts that don't engage with your content
  • Respond to mentions and engage with others in the same field...build communities

Are you posting using mobile data connection? Are you adding hashtags? Have you posted at different times? Are you using trending music?
