my reddit account has been suspended

Hey! One of my account has been suspended. I tried to log in but it writes " wrong password " I tried to reset password, but after I reset I still can't log in ( still wrong password ) Is there any way to get account back ?

try going to reddit.com/u/user-name

replace 'user-name' with your userid

Nope. It's gone.

Maybe if you go to the reddit office and do something strange for the change of a user-name for an admin.... they might help you

Same issue here like the OP, but i am getting the username in search bar. I am getting reset password email, but not able to login after resetting.

This happened to me on my old throwaway accounts that I tried to login to after many years.

Reddit support is useless with automated replies.

Hey if you figure out how to really reset the password let me know.

I get the password reset emails but still can't login after resetting the password.

I can still see the profile when I go directly to it.

I think this is a "soft ban".

Yeah I tried maybe 100 times to change the password and contact support.

Reddit always gives me automated replies.

I really miss that 6 year old account.

No problem as it's easy to get karma but account age is most important.

The problem is after not using this account for many years (it was a throwaway account but I saved all the details in a file), I recently logged into it and changed the email/password.

After that reddit locked the account for "suspicious activity" and even though I receive the password reset emails and change the password I still cannot login.

since this thread is talking about reddit, does anyone here know a good smm panel for reddit upvotes ?. instant fans and ytbot are the only two services I’ve used and they are both trash.

Also, question for the OP, what did you do that got you banned ?

OP's account probably was in the ban wave due to compromised / inactive accounts.

No . I can see the profile. But i cant login, even i get the password reset mail

You can see your old account, just login through one of the 3rd party apps, I use Boost for Reddit. You can't post or do anything, but your entire profile is there as if it was active.

Unfortunately the account has been permanently suspended
I would recommend that you create a new account and start fresh
