my real paypal got limited

my real paypal was just limited , i had 2 more that were limited too , what can i do now , can i open another paypal with the same info , photoshop the name on DL ? please i need a guide

Opening accounts won't do anything, you have to resolve limitations. You'll just keep getting limited because, it's against their T.O.S to open new accounts while you have other limited ones. It is also against T.O.S to have more than one personal account and more than one business account. Your options are to either fix the limitations legally or make a stealth account.

I had my account limited some months ago. Tried to un-limit it, didn't work. So I opened a new account with the same details. Still working after like 9+ months.
