    Hi all,
I have some questions about SEO.

I want to target long tail keywords that have around 800-1000 searchs/month, some of them have some comepetition (between 3k and 50k for searchs with quotes).

My idea is make a main website and in this websites, using WP, make posts (internal pages) targetting this long tail keywords. I know that would be easier make websites with the keyword on the domain for each long tail keyword, however, due the legal questions ( the long tail keyword have marks ), I can't do that. I think that my idea with internal pages is good, that way they can't sue me (right?), however will be harder to rank to keywords ...

My question is about the main domain ... I don't know what can it be about ... I already thought a "private" article directory, but if I do that should I rank the domain for what keywords?

    Thank you

    PS: Any suggestion are welcome

each page can target a particular set of keywords. each page will drive the juice forward eventually, making your entire site relevant for your particular theme.

if you have no particular theme in mind, and only want to rank back pages for individual trademarked products, then get a generic review or info site domain... like honestproductreviews or consumerreviews ....

Thank you. Should I do some seo for the main domain? Or only for the internal pages?

SEO both of them. there's no such thing as too much SEO. it will all benefit your main domain, which trickles back to your individual pages as well.
