My proxy head hurts! I need some advice

I've spent most of the night reading through the proxy section and I am confused and still have no idea what I need.

From next week I will be using:

xrumer
bookmarking demon
scrapebox

What proxies should I be buying and who from? I find have reviewed the sellers forum and a majority of them will not allow these tools.

I will be running these tools on a dedicated VPS.
