There's your problem. Fiverr is a terrible place to buy anything SEO related. It will do you so much better over the long run to learn and do the SEO yourself or pay a reputable company for the service (there are plenty of users here that offer excellent services)

"learn and do the SEO yourself" i guess this will have to be the case? im not in the place to be able to pay a premium for services like this atm.
Fiverr services probably won't help your ranking and for sure not on the longterm. Check out this forum and different internet marketing blogs on niches and linkbuilding strategies.
Also, check what the guys have done from whom you bought the service from. Now you know what they are selling to you and you can do it yourself (better).
