My Profile Links...What Should I Do

is this software and if so have a site to see how it works?
Yeah, it's a php software. You have to install it on the server. Take sometime to set it up but after that, you can put as many links as you want and the program will post your links to web 2.0 sites (wordpress, tumblr...). That's why those links will be indexed quite easily.
here is the home page.
Code:
http://www.datasystemsplus.net/

the download page used to be here but i cannot find it :). PM me if you need it

Damn LOL 5 min would be nice but that looked like an hour to an excel dummy like me......Will see what I can do and thank you though for the break down!

Seriously I am not too far from being an Excel dummy myself.

Here is the Excel part again. Put this text in the following Excel cells and copy them down the spreadsheet.

A1 <a href="
C1 ">RSS</a>
D1 =A1&B1&C1 (this simply tells Excel to combine what is in cells 1,2 and 3)

In cell B1 you are going to paste the RSS links you extracted from Scrapebox.

Copy the results from column D and paste them on your sites. :)

Ok...

What I do is I paste the excel links on .info site that I have hosted freely on Godaddy (a free 5 page site is included with registering a domain)....this is a domain that I have blasted with a couple hundred thousands Scrapebox comments and that I have bookmarked to death with BMD. This site is certainly sandboxed....but that doesn't matter as its not for ranking purposes. Its purpose in life is to contain the RSS feeds from Link2Rss and to draw the attention of search engine spiders.

Secondly, I post the excel links as a post on WP blog hosted at an EDU domain. I then take the RSS feed from the EDU blog and submit that to the RSS directories. Some RSS directories shy away from Link2Rss feeds and url shortners such as bit.ly - but I haven't found one that says no to an .EDU feed. :)

If you can't get a hold of an EDU domain, then try something like a blogger account...maybe that may work.

wow just grab a couple firefox addons and save yourself a bunch of work lol.

Flash Got will let you download all links on a page and there is another one that will let you copy all link locations.
