My problem with local citations.

Hi. I have been looking at something helping my site showing up higher locally in Google Maps. There are gigs that offer local citations. In this forum I've seen some mention "manual citations" with for example brightlocal.

It's a little confusing. Can I order a fiverr gig with good reviews (even if this is in Sweden) or is there a better way? I have no problem putting in some time and effort if thats an option.

My business ranks number 7 on maps in my city today.

Local citations are needed, but also many other aspects are needed to rank better. Search in the forum for anything related GMB to find more insight.
