My previous YouTube account got banned

so my main YouTube account got banned last year October due to circumvention policy (my brother created bunch of fake accounts with my phone to spam comments section)

I created a new one around November and it’s has been up till date but I feel it will get banned, is there a way I can protect it or make YouTube not ban it be able to keep my monetizaton

I’m going to be very honest with you, because YouTube is strict about this and false reassurance would hurt you.
 
What I buy an already monetized account and use a new phone , will i be able to use YouTube as a creator again

If you create a new account using a new device and IP , it will be 100 % safe .
 
YouTube can ban new accounts linked to a past ban. Use only one account, follow all rules, avoid spam, and grow content organically to keep monetization safe.
 
If your original account was banned for circumvention, YouTube can ban any new account you control at any time — there’s no guaranteed protection.
To reduce risk: use one real Google account, no VPNs, no spam, no multiple channels, and only original content.

The only fully safe option is a successful appeal of the original ban or operating under a separate legitimate business entity where you’re not the owner.

Provided you don't break the rules on the new account, everything will be fine.

So the new account is still running?
Then just keep things clean and don't change setups too often. Stability is key.
 
do not link any phone numbers / emails associated with a banned account if you do your monetization will be revoked
