I'm not even close to be an expert, those are just my thoughts about potential next movements for crypto, in my little head, we are near the top of the bull-run, the moment that most people were expecting to make the most amount of money from volatile, violent and strong movements.
IMPORTANT: The dates mentioned are just estimations, obviously not exact. I timed the end of altseason based on...GTA 6, yeah, I think gaming narrative will be the last one and I don't think they put Gta 6 to be launched on May 26th by coincidence. (lmao, guy is timing altseason based on GTA, leave your haha to this shithead)
I'd like to hear some thoughts, to see if those predictions are just trash or if they make some sense.
1 - ETH reaches its ATH - Before September 10th.
My first prediction for the next few weeks: ETH will reach its new ATH and probably achieve a price between $4900-$5300.
Meanwhile: BTC remains between $120k - $130k.
Most large alts keep earning 10-25%, small profits. Small and mid caps are just bleeding or staying at the same spot.
2 - FOMC cut rates and this is a sell the news event - it triggers a strong correction - From September 20th to October 10th
On September 17th, we have a FOMC meeting to cut interest rates in the US.
They will cut rates (-0.25%). But this is a sell the news event.
People on August and September will buy anticipating this interest cut, prices will go up.
But then, when they finally cut that shit, it will trigger a correction.
ETH goes back to a price range between $4000-$4500.
BTC goes back to a price range between $105k - $110k
Alts bleed as hell. People are shocked and sad again, the interest rates cut was supposed to help, but altcoin market is bleeding again.
Large caps dump between 15-40%. New lower low for them.
Small and mid caps loses 25-60% again, some of them just die, others have their liquidity sucked again.
3 - Bitcoin leads the market recovery and brings retail with it - Since October 12th until November 20th
Market is shitty again, but Bitcoin leads the market recovery. This is the major movement people were expecting for Bitcoin.
It completely destroys its previous ATH and reaches a price range between $150k - $190k. It all happens in like 3-4 weeks.
This major movement finally attracts retail to crypto again. Mainstream media is covering it.
Meanwhile, ETH is consolidating near its previous ATH, something like $5000
Alts are slowly recovering, but they are not the star yet.
4 - ETH reaches a new ATH again - large caps start getting traction - Since November 25th until December 15th
After BTC peaking, ETH starts to receive attention again, it breaks its previous all-time high and in a few weeks, it achieves a price between $7000-$9000.
Large caps like SOL, ADA, XRP, XLM, LINK and HBAR are also pumping hard.
This movement lasts for a whole month, we see new ATHs for large caps and Ethereum at the same time.
5 - Altseason begins - From December 20th until June 2026
So, we finally start the altseason. Other minor large caps like AVAX, DOT and SUI are exploding in December.
Money is finally flowing into mid-large caps like ONDO, TAO and so on.
During the next 4-6 months, we will see narrative seasons. In the meanwhile, during some weeks, BTC can surpass $200k, all at the same time.
Time to buy micro, small and mid caps in the proper narratives.
After that, we see a strong bear market.
Curious to see your opinions about this theory, what would you change on it?
What are your personal expectations?
