My PR3 Blog, how can improve it?

I own a nearly two years old blog which would post new blog post daily (about 1 - 3 post). Now when I submit the post, I can easily find my post at Page 3 of G by just typing the title.

I also earning nothing with Adsense, I have a nice designed WP (Which I designed it myself) and applied nice embedded code of adsense to make it look nice. How to improve my post in SERPs? What's the most efficient way? I only prefer 100% WH method because I don't want get fxxked by G.

Quick and easy way is to optimize your posts. Put your main keyword in the Title Tag, Meta-Description, and in an h1 tag on the page. Also make sure the content relates to it.

There are plugins that auto-generate these, but I'd personally recommend doing it manually.

I agree, you need manual written keyword-rich content and Google will love you! Get your onpage SEO sorted and you'll see big improvements.
