first of all if this is the wrong section, mod move it to the right one.

I want to build a blog site and monetise it, I would also want to send out email marketing towards a landing page which would consider people to sign up.

I have no web designing experience, apart from wix.com which is shit.

what tools do i need and what do i need to learn.

Get webspace + domain + ssl
Install WordPress through one click installer which will take aproxx 1minute to install wordpress. Upload template . Work on on page seo. Setup sitemaps. Write articles after doing keyword research..share your articles on social media groups . After good content and traffic, apply for google adsense and just wait for results.

use wordpress and get responsive theme its innove .

echoing the sentiment to use wordpress. find a good theme and make sure that it works on mobile devices

for email lists, I'd use Mailchimp

for content, make sure the writing is good and lengthy. hire somebody if you aren't able to do the writing yourself.
