I bought 5 micro niche sites before. It needs a lot of work before it becomes profitable. Out of those 5 sites, only one is profitable for me. I changed my website theme because I noticed the creator created a backlink on my theme linking to his site.
Also, I see from time to time, the creator is trying to login to my website even though his work is already over.
My advice? Don't quit your job yet and do it yourself first. You will learn a lot.
If you really want it to be done for you, I suggest focusing on one site first and make it profitable. Also, an authority site is going to be way more profitable than a niche site.
Also, change your theme so any exploits done by the creator may be deleted. And delete all users except yours once it is done. Learn to configure the necessary security plugins.
