My plan, please advise me

I make this plan for ranking an website, please advise me with if is ok until now and what to do next:

1. Buy a domain and hosting

2. Make an wordpress website with about us, contact and privacy policy(I will let follow or unfollow-privacy policy ?)

3. Researched with ubbersuggest and keysearch 9 keywords(2 main keywords and 2 keywords related main keyword 1, 5 keywords related main keyword 2)

4. I want to order 2.000 words per article

5. I will optimize articles with yoast seo

My questions are:

1.keyword research is ok to do it with ubersuggest and keysearch

2.How I interlink articles between them or is necessary to do that?

3. I need 1 article for homepage? Can I use one of the keywords for homepage article?

4.What else I need to do? I think build backlinks but I am still searching how to do properly

if you want more keywords you can use keyword planner
if you make internal link that would be great
you can use your keywords on home page but if the content more than 900+ , good one
you Should post content weekly/ day by day,. then you can go with link building
