My plan.. fine or bullshit?

Hi guys,
1 month ago i have startet a websitetest website for the german market. I am fit in seo things and i think I am a ok marketer too.
So the plan is to be present with this websitetest a few positions in G under the website which have been tested.
Like a circle.. more users which are testing websites = bigger database and more klicks? I knew there are a lot websites like this so my question is.. does this work? And the more important question is: How can i optimize this system?

A few things about:
-There is a Autoblog on a subdomain with content from ebay, flikr and yahoo answers.. also a lot free ebooks with Like/g+ content lock.
-There are free Backlinkgenerator scripts which i have from bhw.
-There is a Jobportal based on jobberbase where seos can add jobs for other people.
-Using adwords.
-Ready Newsletter from chimps.
-The Domain is pretty old - 6 years..

Is there any potential you think to get good results?
There are currently 20-30 visitors per day.
I bought the lions mane from sarkarkumar and waiting for results.
The plan is to offer seo for companies after a time and source it out.
