Is there anyway to get unban on Iphone?
It seems like i got banned on the phone i cant even connect any number virtual meanwhile on other phone i can.
And telegram support not resonding is there any other way like deleting apple id ?

Did you try a factory reset already? If this doesn't work use a different AppleID.
 
Try using with a different icloud account
 
You can try to appeal the ban via the 'Help' button in the message. Works sometimes...
 
With iOS it’s impossible to recover the account.
Trust me , I’m doing Telegram bots for a while and Apple it’s very strictly about that.

I would recommend use android device and with Telegram X .
Or use some android emulator
