I have seen a computer name on my network place. This is not my PC. Please help me out how can i block/remove that computer.

You could start by telling us your ISP? Is your wifi password protected?

Your computer hacked because someone is on your network, probably because your wifi is not password protected?
You could use advanced-IP-scanner (google it to DL the software) to scan.
Anyways, I don't think just because of the factors you gave us, your computer is hacked.

Oh yeah, and you could also do a quick scan by opening CMD (run -> cmd.exe) and then typing in "net view". This should show you all the devices that are currently on your network, as well as their addresses.

If there an amateur then you can do a ip trace route and find out there ISP and report them. here this will help http://www.mediacollege.com/internet/troubleshooter/traceroute.html
