It happened to me a few weeks ago.
They required proof of photo ID, proof of location, and proof of social security. I sent all of the info in to PayPal and they took the limit off of my account within 24 hours.
Sucks if you live in a different country, I'm assuming the requirements would be different.

When they limit your account they will hold your money hostage for 6 months...Its time to get a new account...That account is toast.

@ChatAndNet - My acc was limited with over $27k (not sure why i had that much money there) and all I had to do was call to them and it took about 2 days for them to remove my withdraw limit and limit on my account.
It's really bad idea to have fake accounts.. because from time to time they are checking all the accounts.
If you want a real working account I'd better find a identity from US or somewhere.
