My PayPal get limited - need help

Hello community,

Before two days i was temporary limited from paypal.
Need to provide ID ( its done - reviewing )
Proof of fulfillment ( it was automatically on reviweing )
Proof purchasing receipt of supplier ( i'm stuck here )
To describe the payments for what they were ( done )

I was selling digital goods mainly on eBay, some payments were coming from bonanza.I was selling fortnite accounts, since its digital i cant provide tracking. The only one thing which I do is to click "get your money" and then to click its digital and doesnt require shipping and filling the dd/mm/yy of purchasing/shipping.
They required purchasing receipt of supplier. That is problem for me because I do not know paypal what will gonna do with this receipt. I am buying the accounts from one russian site ( digiseller ) and have a few receipts from it.


I have a lot of funds in to my accounts ( this is my second account verified with my other card ). I'm confused and do not know what to do guys.
Please if someone happened that to him or similar, please help me.:(:(

did you verify your account via your bank account to remove the limits.
 
I attached only my visa card and verified

When i verified the card i received mail notification with that i lifteд up my limits.

for personel use just fill up bank details .. it will work ..
 
Will check it. Because my attached visa card is virtual.
When i i will get back at home i will see about the bank account. But I have attached bank account on my main account. Should I remove it from there?
 
Update:

Linked the bank account to the account but it doesn't help. I just need to provide purchasing receipt of supplier. I have few receipts of the purchasing, but do you know guys what paypal is doing after im sending the receipts? Because i'm selling fortnite accounts and dont know how to proceed about that

paypal can limit an account whenevr they want. when you sign up you agree to their terms.

i have burned many accs. paypal are not sympathetic in any way shape or form

Recently, I've read so many negativisms against paypal, i dont really know what is going on with them.

Could be true to be honest, didnt read a lot about paypal. Also I heard that Stripe is good for transactions but for my country they're not accepting it. I can't create an account on stripe / receive transactions. Something is not okay and can't use it, the only way is to change the IP or something like that.
 
you already got fucked up my friend, learn to deal with it, they already fuck my 3000$. @Scorpion Ghost fucked up with 18k$ . lot of people fucked with lot of money

its serious time to take legal action against paypal. enough is enough..

Well, it's actually $14.500 over here.

But if you take into account any interest/investments I could have earned/done in those 6 months with that money... If you take into account the damage to my business, and the hurt to myself personally, my motivation and my willingness to work and produce, then it's more like $140.500 they fucked me out of.

this is what exactly you tell my friend and the same things happend with me too, i completly
Loss willingness to work, all day gta 5 and remembering that 3000$, i think why? Why i suffer for payap?? Paypal is fucking moron crazy bastrad, why not just big companies taking action against this

Yeah, I understand all that. I mean, I don't come from money, and I live in a 3rd world country. $14,500 dollars is all the money in the fucking world to me.

So yeah, but I guess as long as they give it back after the 6 month period, we're okay, we'll live.

If they don't give it back, I talked to a lawyer and I'll spend all my other savings if I have to and sue them!

Its pretty sure they will give, i am also from a poor country where live life means war, but is not it jail foe 6 month, if you had that money you can invest then and earn a lot, those moron even sue us into a virtual jail wtf!
 
PayPal consider selling digital goods a risky activity, so unfortunately the chance to get your account restored is pretty low, even if you provide all required documents. But hope you will make it, good luck!
 
PayPal does suck but it’s a very convenient payment method for users.

Majority of my payments are processed via PayPal

if your funds still stuck at there?
 
i know some one who with draw funds from limited paypals but 180 days needs to be passed.
