Hi, My paypal acc is 3 year old and i did not use it.I used it only once 20 days ago and bought a ebook of 2 US Dollar.Now i want to transfer the balance to my paypal.will it work and money will be added to paypal acc if i transfer money to my paypal or not? reply me friends

As long as it is shown up in your account there should be a problem to transfer it to your bank or to another Paypal account.

If you're located in any of Asain country, then you can just add funds to your bank account that linking to your Paypal to make any purchase.. TY
