My Paypal Account Limited

I created a Fake PayPal US account under fake name and mobile number. But didn't link any bank or CC with it.

I just received a 0.01$ into my PP but after few hours I received a mail that my PP account is limited.

Now they are asking to confirm my identity (I guess through fake mobile I registered,, that can be done).
Also they are asking me to confirm bank account which I never linked with my PP.

Can anyone suggest what do I need to upload in case to get myself verified. Can I upload a fake utility bill instead of a account statement.

Get a virtual bank account which will cost you like 10-15 usd. Anf get your account verified.

Isn't there any other way than adding VBA. As initially I didn't started with any BA in my PP.

Also they are asking for my bank statement so would I be getting a fake statement too?

You can get a fake statement for same vba but you have to pay extra for that i guess. Ask secondeye.
